Decoding Your Child's Body Language Course

When your child’s behaviour feels confusing,

there may be more to the story.

Decoding Your Child’s Body Language invites you to look beyond the behaviour and become curious about what your baby or young child may be communicating through their body cues, responses and behaviour.

Through the Wholesomely Connected Blueprint™, you’ll learn to notice the cues, explore the story behind them and respond with greater understanding, confidence and connection.

See the cue. Hear the story. Make the connection.

If you’ve been wondering what a child is trying to tell you, you’re not alone

Perhaps you’ve been noticing...

  • Big emotions that seem to come from nowhere

  • Sleep that continues to feel unsettled

  • Clinginess, resistance or withdrawal

  • Behaviours you simply can’t make sense of

  • The feeling that you’ve tried everything

  • Finding yourself second-guessing what your child needs — and what to do next

Sometimes, what looks like difficult behaviour may be an invitation to become curious about what’s happening beneath it.

Parenting can bring moments when you simply don’t know what your child needs — no matter how much you love them or how hard you try.

Decoding Your Child’s Body Language invites you to slow down, become curious and look beyond the behaviour to what your child may be communicating.

As you begin to understand your child more deeply, you may also start to notice your own responses, expectations and patterns — creating space for greater understanding, calm and connection between you.

What if there’s another way of seeing it?

By the end of the course, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how to…

    • Look beyond behaviour and consider what your child may be communicating

    • Recognise body cues and signs of stress with greater awareness

    • Respond with more calm, curiosity and confidence

    • Notice how your own responses and patterns can influence connection

    • Create more opportunities for understanding, compassion and connection with your child

This isn’t a collection of quick fixes or surface-level professional hacks.

It’s a deeper exploration into a child’s world and your own.

Many professional and parenting resources focus only on behaviour.

This course looks beneath behaviour to explore what the body and nervous system may be communicating.

Through a reflective, compassionate and practical approach, you’ll begin to understand a child in a new way and feel more confident responding to what they need.

Why this course is different

In this course
you will learn to:

• recognise the body cues and signals a child uses to communicate

• understand how stress and early experiences shape behaviour

• respond to emotional moments with greater calm and confidence

• become more aware of your own patterns and how they influence you

• build deeper connection, trust and understanding with a child

You’ll walk away with practical tools, deeper insight and a renewed confidence in your ability to understand and support a child’s needs
