Decoding Your Child's Body Language

When your child’s behaviour feels confusing, there is usually something deeper being communicated.

This course helps parents understand what babies and young children may be expressing through behaviour, body cues and emotional responses, so they can respond with more confidence,
calm and connection.

If you’ve been wondering what your child is trying to tell you, you’re not alone

If you’ve found yourself asking...

  • Big emotions that seem to come from nowhere

  • Sleep struggles

  • Clinginess, shutdown or resistance

  • Feeling like you’ve tried everything

  • Second-guessing yourself as a parent

You’re not doing anything wrong.

This course is for anyone who wants to understand their child more deeply — and in doing so, understand themselves. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, early years teacher, social worker or caregiver, Decoding Your Child’s Body Language will help you make sense of those hard-to-read moments and bring more calm into your everyday life.

By the end of this course, you’ll feel more able to

  • Understand what your child’s behaviour may be communicating

  • Recognise stress signals and body cues more clearly

  • Respond with more calm and less self-doubt

  • Notice how your own patterns may shape your parenting

  • Build a more connected and compassionate relationship with your child

This is not about controlling behaviour.
It’s about understanding what sits beneath it

This isn’t a collection of quick fixes or surface-level parenting hacks.

It’s a deeper exploration into your child’s world and your own.

Many parenting resources focus only on behaviour.

This course looks beneath behaviour to explore what the body and nervous system may be communicating.

Through a reflective, compassionate and practical approach, you’ll begin to understand your child in a new way and feel more confident responding to what they need.

Why this course is different

In this course
you will learn to:

• recognise the body cues and signals your child uses to communicate

• understand how stress and early experiences shape behaviour

• respond to emotional moments with greater calm and confidence

• become more aware of your own patterns and how they influence parenting

• build deeper connection, trust and understanding with your child

You’ll walk away with practical tools, deeper insight and a renewed confidence in your ability to understand and support your child.
